The room was very nice and comfortable temperature. Even though it was hot outside but room temperature was bearable. Nice breakfast and helpful staff

Disappointing

Where to start… we booked this hotel based on reviews and pictures. When we arrived late at night tired, we got very disappointed by the quality of the rooms: we booked 2 separate rooms for 2 nights, both shower heads were not working, had to squat down to shower. The ac in the rooms is literally just warm air coming out. The pillows were uncomfortable. We decided to check out first thing the next morning, and go to another hotel. The staff did not even ask us why or how was our short stay which should be done usually in hotels. The neighborhood is bad and loud, chaotic and crowded. The hotel says 5 stars, we wouldn’t even give it half a star. Very disappointing experience, never again.

Everything the excellent breakfast . the great helpful staff the comfort of the rooms and their cleanness and the pool is great Will be coming back for sure

The internet is slow and unstable in the rooms even with allot of complaints they brought me a signal booster and it did nothing many others at my floor experienced the same problem

Staff are polite & friendly. Breakfast buffet was good with variety of choices.

Toiletries were in very bad condition (very old, totally consumed). Beds are not comfortable as for 5 star hotel.

Staff and breakfast

Walk place in the restaurant unsafe. Floor has ceramic and hardwood between these they put some words that one higher than ceramic and carpet I was very close to fell down. I’m very lucky Water pressure, Hair dryer very old and not clean and not working

Good location. The reception staff are well trained and polite.

The hotel is showing its age—and not gracefully. For such a large place, the “gym” feels like an afterthought: a cramped room with a few machines and some lonely dumbbells. No play area or facilities for kids either. My family had four rooms, and in all of them the bathroom ventilation was non-existent. The real shocker? Housekeeping just rinsed the cups in the bathroom sink and popped them back—no replacements. Breakfast was on repeat, and frankly, some three-star hotels do better. Avoid the coffee machine, we had to make do with their filter coffee which was slightly better. The sauna and steam room are decent, but with 20-minute limits and a booking requirement, it’s more stress than spa. Room service and minibar prices rival Western Europe, and ordering food from outside attracts a security detail.

The property was very close to metro and bus station and 10 mins walk to the tram. The room was spacious and clean as was the bathroom. We were given complimentary breakfast which was great. The sky lounge on the rooftop also has great views.

It is a little outside the main old town so you cannot walk there, but public transport is very easy. Dinner at the hotel is a bit expensive and there could be more variety.

Everything is super nice, clean very organized, security is extremely high. Breakfast was Buffett style, lots of choices, very nice.

Nice staff, good facilities

Despite no cigarettes policy, a strong smell of cigarettes in the room. A decent amount of noise from boulevard outside.

The room temperature was too hot couldnt change it . The wifi was not working at all in the room.The rooms are not well lit
